The location for working at USyd was perfect. The suite was spacious, the staff friendly (some small communications issues were on my end because of my US phone). The place was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom layout is cramped, and the bathroom cabinet is disintegrating because of water from the shower (which never fully drained). It took awhile to figure out how to use the AC, and the circulation into the bedroom was poor. Spotty wifi.

Decent size rooms with a lounge area, a couch and a couch bed, very comfy beds. Modern decor throughout and outstandingly friendly staff especially the reception desk staff.

We got great value for our money with a spacious apartment that had everything we needed. The location was convenient, close to our training venue and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Alex at reception, were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast items could be improved with more variety and better quality.

The attention to detail was also impressive, with fresh new facilities and good branding equipment. The location was in a pretty nice area, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional customer service, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, providing enough room for all of us. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us find a more suitable parking space for our rental car. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

No major issues - everything was just fine.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location was in such a pretty nice area, close to cafes and shops, and it felt safe and quiet even though it was on a busy road. The service here was excellent, from the reception staff who stored our luggage and called us a taxi, to the manager who made us feel right at home during our stay. They even helped us with little things like folding the bed in the living room. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Had a great Easter stay! Room was spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer – really convenient for longer stays. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to both the city and surrounding suburbs. A big plus was having a comfortable fold-out bed for our third guest.

The fold-out bed could have been more comfortable – it had thin padding and we could feel the springs. , service during check-in could have been a bit more efficient.

The hotel's location is convenient, as it is situated in an average neighbourhood in the inner western suburbs, close to public transportation and Newtown. The rooms are spacious, and some have open roofs and gardens. Bathrooms are modern, and some apartments have fantastic bathrooms. The staff is generally friendly, and there are smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, and soundproof windows and doors that reduce noise.

The hotel's housekeeping could be improved. Beds are not made every day, and towels and floor mats are not replaced every day.

The scenic walk by the river was perfect for a morning adventure. The kids loved spotting birds and riding their bikes along the path. It was a great way to connect with nature and enjoy some quality family time together.

My kids wished there was a playground near the hotel.

The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a great entertainment deck, as well as a workout studio nearby. It was easy to get to by public transport and close to many of the city's main tourist attractions. The staff were also very nice and accommodating.
